Furnished Double room, Hove Seafront (Mon-Fri)

Furnished double bedroom with desk, excellent wi-fi & Smart TV

Available from 20 April, I have a furnished double-room (with a standard double bed, storage + TV with blinds and curtains) available for a Monday to Friday let.

All bills are included, including council tax. There's Wi-Fi (full fibre optic 500 MB) and a Smart TV in the room with Netflix, etc. The apartment is kept warm (20+), and the radiator has a thermostat. We provide duvet, bed linen and towels.

The flat is in a block of apartments along the front of Hove seafront with a clean and modern kitchen (with breakfast bar), bathroom and separate toilet (all shared). There is also a dishwasher & washer/drier and you are not expected to contribute to household chores or the purchase of cleaning items etc.

It's me (40's, male live-in Landlord) and my girlfriend and sometimes another lodger in our 3rd bedroom. Rockwater bar is opposite along with everything that the seafront has to offer including the new Hove Beach facilities.

I have reduced the price of the room as the flat is on the market and so there may be occasions where an estate agent needs to show potential buyers the room (for 30-seconds). I will give at least 24-hours notice of this. Viewings are normally on a Saturday so mostly shouldn't affect you.

Parking in the area is free after 8pm but also on-street paid and with plenty of spaces around (Zone R and close to Zone N). 700 bus is right outside and the various other buses (No 1, 1X and 6) into Brighton along Church Road are just a 4 min walk away at the other end of the road.
