I’m letting my large loft room, and its bathroom, in my quiet, spacious and cosy Victorian house. This includes:
- Large attic room (currently used as a private lounge). I’m open to furnished/non furnished. Measures 4.5mx3.6m (plus eaves storage)
- Adjoining large bathroom with exclusive use
The rent for the above is £800 per month inc bills. There is the option to rent the whole of the loft space - this includes a smaller room that can be used as a double bedroom, shown in the photos - for a slightly higher price.

You’ll be living with me and my gorgeous dog. I’m hoping to find someone who is considerate, tidy, and up for a cuppa etc but who also likes their own space. And someone who likes dogs (although my dog won’t be able to access your floor unless you’d like her to!)
