Hi There,

I am the owner of a flat on Hove Seafront. I live on my own and so I am letting out my spare room which is "Double" size.

The room has a double bed, a cupboard and drawers and easy chairs. + a desk - There are also other storage facilities

Broadband and all other bills are included.

My flat is very convenient for buses to all parts of Brighton and Hove, with the 700 passing outside my door, and the 1, 1a and 6 passing 250 metres up the road.

There is a parade of shops about 7 minutes walk away, and a big Tescos, 10-15 minutes walk away

For people who are at the Universities, the journey time is about 45 minutes.

The cost for a month is £700.

Sorry but I prefer to share with men and prefer not much older than 30
