I’m letting out a furnished room on the first floor of my spacious but cosy Victorian house in a quiet street.

The room is available Monday to Friday only. The price reflects 2-3 nights per working week, but happy to discuss other arrangements.

It’s a small double with an adjoining bathroom where you will have exclusive use of the shower/bath. The room includes a small bureau/desk for those who need to work/study in the evenings. I’m looking for someone considerate and tidy, and who is okay living with a (lovely and friendly, non-shedding) dog.

There is another (full-time) room mate who rents the loft space and is very friendly and considerate :)
