The flat is less than 5 mins walk to hove station , and a 10 minute walk to the sea front and Hove high street. Buses to Brighton are regular if the 35 minute walk is too much ! It has a balcony and there is a seperate large communial terrace on same floor which gets the sun all day.
I am an open minded guy who happens to be gay and works full time so enjoy a friendly and chilled home environment. (No parties). I enjoy running , meditation and the outdoors
