Lovely room in 3 bed flat in central Hove

Heya,

We have a room available in our lovely 3 bedroom flat in central Hove, close to shops, restaurants, the train station and main bus lines.

We are both 31 year old friendly professionals working monday-friday and like the flat to be a quiet place to relax when we are home (which up to this point has been a lot with the lockdowns!).

We are looking for someone friendly who is clean, tidy and respectful of others. Someone who likes their own space but also wants to make the flat their home.

The photo of the room is from the previous occupancy, but the room will likely come completely unfurnished (though there may be the possibility of buying some things like a bed etc from the flatmate moving out).

The rest of the flat is is a bright and spacious place with beautiful features.

The rent is £433 + bills which currently comes every month to £583, though this does go up and down a bit depending on usage. The deposit is £541, and there will be a fee of £50 to the letting Agency to get put on the rental contract.

The room will be available from the beginning of June, though it's quite likely our current housemate is moving out much sooner, so it may be possible to move in some time early/mid-May.
