Double room in sought after area of Hove

We are 3 friendly housemates (2 females, 1 male) in their late 20s to late 30s, looking to fill a double room in our lovely spacious flat.

We are looking for an easygoing, friendly person of a similar age to live with us. We all have our own social lives, but enjoy watching films together, a drink in the garden (when the weather is good!) and cooking the occasional dinner for each other.

Located on Furze Hill, the flat has 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a dining room. There is a shared garden and St Anns Well Gardens backs on to the building.

We are fairly centrally located with most places of importance within easy walking distance, 10 minutes to Brighton town centre, 20 minutes to Brighton train station, 5 minutes to the seafront and 2 minutes to Western Road.

The rent is £540 per month, there is no deposit (as our landlord is lovely and trusts us to find a nice flat mate to live with!) and bills are approximately £120 per month. This includes the cost of a cleaner to clean the communal areas twice a month. Heating is included in the rent and we rent direct with the landlord.

Parking is zone O, we understand there is currently no waiting list for permits in this area.
