You can choose between a large room or a small room.

The large room has enough space for two people, your clothes and other stuff. You can sleep without feeling cramped between the rest of the furniture, and if you require, you can add a few pieces yourself. From the bedroom window, you can enjoy the view of the garden and with an open window even hear the sound of the waves. The room comes with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk and a chair.

The small room also has a garden view. The room is cosy and has a wardrobe, double bed, bedside table and a chest of drawers.

The house feels like your own space with two showers to share between only 4 other tenants. You can relax and watch TV in the lounge where the couches make everyone comfortable.

You can store your food in the kitchen where there’s plenty of cupboards to keep your dry food. The fridge chills your food, and your ice-cream can dwell in the freezer. The kitchen comes with everything you need to dish up a nice meal, which you can consume either at the dining table in the kitchen, the coffee table in the lounge or outside on the deck or green grass.

You can barbeque your burgers in the garden, play rounders or simply enjoy the sunny garden with a cold drink. Even your clothes would enjoy spending time in the fresh air.

You can walk down to the beach in less than 2 minutes and swim, participate in water sports, go for a walk on the seafront or just take in the sea breeze. The bus takes you to Brighton in a few minutes, or you can walk there to tick off your exercise for the day.
