My name is Emily, I'm 24 years of age, from Australia and I live together with Robin, 31 from Switzerland. We're both Vegetarians (Mostly plantbased) so it's important to us to have a meat and mostly dairy free household. Robin is a full-time professional working from home and Emily is a full-time student. Our friends would describe us as easy-going people, clean, friendly and sociable. We would like to create a family-like home, rather than just a shared accommodation. As our friend is moving out we are looking for a replacement (friend) :)

By the beginning of October (+/- 1 week), we will have a double room available, in a purpose built block on the top floor. Our current flatmate is quite flexible with their move out dates, so I'm sure we can work something out :) It is a modern and very bright flat in a quiet yet central street in Hove, not far from town hall. There are shopping/cafés as well as public transport nearby and the sea front is just a 5min walk away. The property is fully furnished incl. washing machine, balcony, lift and ample public parking (parking permits are available through the council). The bedroom comes with a king double bed, mattress (and sheets as well as a duvet+pillow if needed), a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a large built in wardrobe. The flat offers large living and dining room as well as a kitchen with two fridges. There is one bathroom and a separate small toilet. Furthermore, all bills are included so no surprises :)

We have the fastest available broadband internet and the flat has a good energy rating with double-glazed windows.

Brighton centre is just a 20 minute walk away and all major bus routes are in the area as well as Hove station with access to Gatwick and London Victoria.
