Large, sunny double room with ensuite in Hove

Hello!

I am looking for a new flatmate(s) to share my lovely 2 bedrooms, second-floor apartment near Palmeira Square. The flat is a 2min walk to the beach and we have a Tesco and a Sainsbury's just around the corner. I've been living here for almost two years now and I love the place and the area.

The room is very big with more than enough space for a double bed, wardrobes and desk. It also has a lovely big window which gets lots of sunshine. it has an ensuite which is situated across the hallway from the room, but you won't have to share with anyone else. The bathroom also has a large window that opens. It has a bath and shower over it, heated towel rail and sink and toilet.

The living area is furnished but you are welcome to bring anything if you have. (some of the furniture in the pics will be gone when the current occupants leave.) The kitchen is fully equipped with my kitchenware and I will happily share this with you if you are respectful and you keep it clean and tidy.

There is plenty of room in the kitchen if you wish to bring your own things. The kitchen is a good size, with washing machine, dishwasher and full-size fridge built-in. It is a large open plan living room with plenty of space to relax, watch TV and have someone in the kitchen at the same time.

I am a very clean and organised person, and my ideal new flatmate will have the same qualities. I like the kitchen to stay clean and chores to be shared equally, Ideally, you will be a professional working full time and be open and friendly, and enjoy both your own time and some socialising.

I am happy to share with another LGBT+ couple or single.
I am vegetarian and I would like to share my flat with someone who's also vegetarian/vegan/plant-based. I also have a severe allergy to crustaceous so you wouldn't be able to cook that when I'm here (sorry).

I'm looking for someone to move by the end of February / beginning of March, but if you need to move sooner, we can talk about it.
