There is also another room on the same floor which is a kitchenette/utility room, it has a fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, sink, 2 hob burner, oven, toaster and kettle - the kitchen will be shared with only one other person.
I live in the rest of the house with my 2 daughters age 10 and 12 - a happy home!
The living space available is limited to the top floor as described above so ideally this would suit a working person (not from home as both me and my partner work from home.
