New good quality blackout curtains installed and the whole room has been repainted. The room has a small refrigerator.

Flat has washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc.

Rent is £715 per calendar month to be paid in advance in addition to £500 security deposit.

Minimum stay not less than 12 months.

A reference from a previous landlord is required along with work address and contact number.

All tenants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 virus.
