I have a double room with double bed and built in wardrobes to let in a detached house in a quiet road in Hove BN3 area , between Hove Rugby club and Dyke Road Ave.
Very close proximity to bus routes and both Hove and Preston Park railway station.
There is a modern bathroom right next to the room with bath/shower, which is only occasionally shared with one other female (when home from Uni) There is also a small room next to that included, which could be used as an office/small lounge/TV or laundry/Storage room but is unfurnished.
Gas central heating, wifi
Use of modern kitchen and washing machine (once/twice a week)
It is a quiet family home, mostly just me here (and a quiet and friendly Golden Retriever!) So would suit a quiet professional person who likes their own space and wants 'room only' rather than a house share or party house allowing friends/partners etc.....
