Spare room in a lovely houseshare in Hove :)

We're looking for a friendly, sociable, working professional for our flat share here in Hove.

The room: Upstairs room, with a large window that faces the sea. Comes with a double bed, desk plenty of storage. It also has an area outside the room with an additional wardrobe.

The house: A large, semi-detached house in Hove with a small garden at the front. The house is 2 separate flats, we live in the upstairs part. The landlords live in the bottom flat, as well as their very sweet dog who often will sunbathe on our doorstep.

The house is approx. 10 min walk to Seven Dials, 15 min to Hove station and 20/25 min to Brighton centre. We have a kitchen with 2 fridges and enough cupboard space for the 5 people in the house. We have the usual amenities: toaster, kettle, microwave, oven etc. We also have a washing machine but no tumble dryer. There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with a large shower. We also have a large communal living room with 2 sofas, table and HDTV.

Current tenants: We're all in our mid to late 20s and 30s, working professionals that like to hang out together, whether it is going down to the pub for a few drinks, the beach or watching a movie. We're all very friendly and wish to find someone who is likewise fun and sociable, and generally we like to have people that will stay longer term in the house. We keep the house tidy and are perfectly okay with folks having friends around to stay occasionally (one of the sofas is actually a fold out double bed).

The details: The room is £430 a month and the deposit is £430. Bills are usually around £60 to £70, which includes gas, water, electricity, internet, tv subscription, council tax and communal stuff like toilet roll and cleaning products. The room is available from 1st November, but a later move in date is possible as well. If you'd like to arrange a viewing, please send a message with a bit of information about yourself.
