Double room in beautiful Brunswick Square

Sadly my fantastic flatmate is moving in with her partner and as a result I am looking for someone to live with.

The flat is located in Brunswick Square, a location with grandeur that speaks for itself.

The flat:
There are separate WC and shower rooms, recently installed (and quite pricey) wooden floors and plenty of kitchen space for a 2 bed.

A generous living room with high ceilings is kitted out with a high end OLED tv and a large persian rug.

The kitchen has ample space for two with plenty of vertical storage, a gas hob, reliable oven, and fridge/freezer. You will benefit from shared use of my cookware, which includes le creuset dutch ovens, a small pan from coussances, and two copper saucepans. I used to run a cocktail popup and so keep a fashionably well stocked bar.

Me: I'm a law lecturer and occasionally practice, am keen about cooking (hopefully you like kimchi, as I make 2-4 kg of it a week in a hermetically sealed fermentation tank) and would like to live with someone relatively social who doesn't mind alone time. I work from home about half of the time, but have a home office set up in my room.

The room will be ready from roughly 1 December.
