Double Bedroom & 3 minutes from Home by the Sea!

Looking for a new roomie ✌🏼Minimum age 26. Current housemate is sadly moving out with a friend for cheaper rent, so not due to us 🤗

The large double bedroom with a built in wardrobe room is available in a three bed house. Bedroom is larger in person😊

We are looking for somebody who is taking covid seriously inside and out of the house and will treat the house like a nice safe haven.

Parking is permit zone M (I think) and sadly an 12/18 month a waiting list roughly. But buses are within minutes reach and Brighton train station is about a 10 minute walk.

Currently two girls living the ages of 29 looking to find a third roomie to move in.

The room is available from the 10th of a October and we would require all rent and bills to be paid on this date.

Rent is £558 and bills are £110. No students.
This is perfect for the three of us to really make it our home together over some cheeky wine! We even have started our own little drinks trolley!

The bedroom is super cosy and carpeted, walls were freshly painted a year ago too. Its a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. The flat is generally pretty quiet for Brighton/Hove. There are two bathrooms to share between 3 people. One wetroom with a great shower and the other having a bath. The bedrooms come unfurnished so you will need to sort your own stuff for it and be put your own little touch on it.

In terms of the communal space, the living-room kitchen is one of the biggest I've come across in Brighton and has a few quirky bits of furniture including the log burner. The landlords are lovely and stay in touch on a regular basis and have recently treated us to a new oven and washing machine. We also have a dishwasher! .

The joint tenancy is all set up through Coapt agency but also landlords who both have looked after us wonderfully. Ideally looking for someone who will fit nicely within the dynamic of the house and want to be friends as well as just housemates, have some wine and movie nights etc! ☺️
