I am looking for a chilled out, friendly housemate to come and join me in my beautiful top-floor flat in Hove. I am right by the station and there are good bus links on the doorstep.
The flat is a big 2-bed with an amazing balcony which is a great sun-trap in the summer and the room itself is a double with space for a small double bed, desk, drawers etc. I can potentially offer furnished if needed.
Rent is £650 plus bills. Deposit is £650 also. (Plus a reference check with the landlord)
The room is ready to go from end of Feb.
I’d love my potential room-mate to be a like-minded creative, chilled but definitely up for a glass of wine (or two!) at the weekend. I am currently working from home.
