Double Bedroom With Ensuite (Hove)

Hi there! My housemate is planning on moving out in January and I'm looking for someone to take her room and sign up for a new contract with me starting around 24th January.

The property is a lovely two bedroom maisonette across two floors with a shared living room and kitchen space. Located a 10 minute walk from the seafront, close to Hove and Brighton train stations, and near Seven Dials which has roads leading to all parts of Brighton and Hove. A very quiet residential street with decent parking availability given how close it is to the centre of town.

It’s a large unfurnished double room with an ensuite and loads of eaves storage space. There is also another whole room that we use as an office space, practice room for musical instruments, and hanging up laundry. The living room/kitchen is spacious and a very sociable place to spend time in. It has a lovely bay window which lets in a lot of light, so it never feels dingy. Washing machine and fridge/freezer included, and I have a dehumidifier which is excellent at drying laundry and preventing a damp house. Electricity and water bills are included in the monthly rental of £675pcm (per person). My housemate owned most of the furniture, so there are a few bits we will need to get to make the place feel nice and homely :)

I am a 24 year old professional who’s hobbies include playing trombone and piano, and being in band performances so you can imagine I’m going stir crazy! (Don’t worry you will never hear me practice) I’m really missing a good night out with friends, but luckily I love a cosy night in with a cuppa and a movie.

I am looking for someone friendly, clean/tidy, that I can get on with. It would be great to make a friend. I’m up for watching movies together and generally hanging out, but I also value my alone time as I can be pretty exhausted after some days at work. Please tell me a bit about yourself! Professionals only (landlord’s wishes) between 20 and 30 years old ideally.
