Spacious Double Room in Shared Flat

Hi! I am moving out in the beginning of February and looking for someone to rent my room. It's a spacious, clean and furnished room in a flat with two other professionals. The room also has it's own sink and cupboard space below and the flat itself has a large kitchen and large lounge with space to socialise. The flat has a washing machine too.

You'll be living with a nice couple who enjoy socialising, listening to music, having a chat and a drink/coffee while making dinner etc in the summer we’ve enjoyed time at the beach doing BBQ’s etc but also enjoy time alone too. One is currently working from home and the other is a labourer. They are inviting to organized and clean people and normally do a little clean every Wednesday

The flat is about one minute from the seafront, shops and Hove Town Hall, everything you need is just around the corner - George Street is also about five minute away. The neighbours are super friendly and the street benefits from plenty of parking spaces (Zone N).

Give me a shout if you wanted some more details or if you wanted to arrange a day/time to view (evenings after 6pm are probably the most convenient at the moment). I hate to say but no time wasters pretty please :)
