Spacious unfurnished double room available. Room includes built in wardrobe and balcony. The flat is on the top floor and is 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 min walk to central Brighton.
As you can see the flat is quite ~shabby chic~ but it’s a great location and really spacious for the price! I lived here since 2019 (on/off) and love it. Parking available near flat with a permit. The landlord is friendly and helpful. 6 month minimum tenancy.
I am looking for someone friendly of a similar age to share the flat with. As the flat is on the top floor with no elevator I’m afraid it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. It’s just a 2 bed flat so it’s super important for us to be comfortable with each other, I don’t want someone who treats the room like a storage facility and is never in because I hate feeling like I live by myself!! Really love when I get on well and socialise my with my housemates and the place feels like a home.
No Tories, racists, scumbags etc. I’m planning on getting a smallish dog soon so must be ok with dogs!
