- What the room used to look like when being used as an office. It's a small double
The flat is the top floor flat and is quiet and peaceful. We have a shared living and kitchen space, plus shared modern bathroom. The flat has a small balcony and a shared communal garden in the bottom. It is a short walk of 7 minutes to the beach and close to shopping, eateries etc.
The room is a double room with space for a double bed, drawers, wardrobe and desk. There is extra storage spacc and shelving in the living room if needed.
Currently furnished with some drawers which can be bought from me and a single bed which is due to be disposed of. This was bought by me for guests to sleep on before a new housemate was found.
Hi I am Lou, a 36 year old, working professional, I am looking for a like minded working professional to live in the flat with me. I want someone who will be a bit social and not just hanging out in their room. I work in publishing and teach yoga online (currently). I am happy to live with someone who is not working at home in the community or if they are working from home there is space for us both to do this, we can chat details.
