My two lovely flatmates are leaving at the end of August and I would like to find two other clean and respectful mature students to replace them.
About the flat:
It is a basement flat in the heart of Hove, right next to George Street and only 5 minutes away from Hove seafront and the big Tesco. It is close to Hove Railway Station and many bus stops.
About the rooms:
Both rooms have a double bed, desk, and wardrobe, and can easily fit a chest of drawers if you need more space. We have a virtual tour of the flat but Spareroom doesn't allow links to external webpages on here, so if you drop me a message I can send it :)
About me:
I'm 26, from Spain and I'm currently doing a PhD at Sussex University. I like my own space but love to share meals/drinks occasionally, and I am up for eating out, going to the pub or just having a walk. I am very respectful with my flatmates and I like to do my bit to keep the house clean and tidy, specially the common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom.
