Hey there!

This little gem is a double bedroom in a really spacious, pet friendly three floor house in Poets Corner.

The house is over 3 floors and is really light and pretty. Your bedroom would be a modest double on the top floor, next to the other. In the basement we have a big kitchen, really nice bathroom, storage space under the stairs and a separate closet room for laundry, with the machine machine in there. The middle floor has a huge living space going from the front to the back of the house, with roughly seperated lounge area and dining space. We also have a back yard/garden which is currently the victim of some neighbouring work, but real nice when it's accessible.

If you were to move in, we'd absolutely share the entire house and you'd be welcome to make it your own as much as me. This isn't just a double room, this is to share a house for sure.

Oh and I'll be living here too... My name is Matthew, I'm a digital marketer working in the music industry and I live with my little teenage four legs, Finn. He's a 16 months old working cocker spaniel with a lot of energy but he gets his walks and stimulation. Whilst still in training, he's really as good as gold and if you love dogs and have a bit of patience, you'll have a friend in Finn. Whenever I'm not walking the canine or at work, I play video games and have recently been learning how to make the buggers, I also love watching pretentious films and endlessly scrolling the deep void of Youtube until I fall asleep.

Ideally you're someone who's really up for living with a dog and will stick by his easy going training rules. You'd enjoy your own space and time in the week as much as having late nights on the dark and stormy's on the weekends whilst we wind the dog up...

The house is absolutely LGBTQ+ friendly. I'd also really love to consider having someone move in with their own dog, this house is built for pups and is very close to tonnes of great walks.

Unfortunately due to licensing, I can't have a couple move into the house, sorry!

Minimum contract terms are 6 months.

Move in date of 4th September is negotiable, but only for earlier dates.

++ There is an option to buy some of the current furniture from my leaving housemate if needed! We can go through that as and when.
