Searching for a new flatmate as my friend is moving out. Some of the furniture can be taken over.
The room is eastwards facing, in a very quiet street of hove, 2 minutes walk from the beach. The bus stop is very close and it will take you 10 minutes to go into Brighton. There is parking on the street(no waiting list) and usually lots of parking spaces.
We have a washing machine with a dryer and a nice modern kitchen with gas stoves.
A little bit about myself. I am a 30 year old geophysicist from Germany living in the UK for 2 years now. In my freetime I enjoy climbing and surfing or watching movies in the evening.
I love a friendly chat over a coffee or a beer but also fully respect personal space and privacy.
