Spacious double room available 7 Dials - Hove

This is a lovely bright double room in a family house share with my daughter, 21 yrs, just graduated, now volunteering, a 22 year old Events Manager, Rosie the dog and me! We all get on very well, enjoy spending time together as well as being in our own space.

We have 2 bathrooms and 2 sittings rooms so plenty of space to relax. Kitchen has all that is required with a large dining table in the breakfast room and outside seating in the garden.

The house is 15 minutes from Brighton and Hove stations and the beach. We are about 20 minutes to Brighton town centre. 7-Dials is our local community with cafes, supermarkets and independent shops, just a 10 minute walk away. You don't need a car to live here as everything is so easily accessible, however if you do have a car, it is permit parking only so you would have to apply.
I work mostly at home and sometimes in the office. We are looking for a female student or professional to share our lovely home.
