Small double room with a study and use of second bathroom and kitchen in a beautifully renovated top-floor regency flat on the corner of Brunswick Place and Western Road.

Available to a very clean, tidy non-smoking professional who wants a nice, quiet and respectful space in which to live and possibly work at times. You’d be sharing with one of the owners — a professional woman who will be working from home half of the week.

There are two bathrooms, so there'd be plenty of privacy.
I have a living room, but I sometimes use it as a workspace. Sharing this space at times would be something to discuss.

The flat has partial sea views and a lovely light throughout the day. It’s a stone’s throw from the beach plus great cafes, pubs and shops.
The area is buzzing during the day and generally quiet at night.

Spanish speakers most welcome — I'm learning and need to practise conversation, so I'd be happy to offer a language exchange.
