Property is in Central Hove,1 min from Hove train station,7 min walk to Hove lawns & beach.
With all the buses & taxis your need to move around the city and beyond.

I'm looking for an honest person who is open-minded, very easy going
I like to keep a very clean, nice & tidy, but chilled home, at the same time looking for someone happy to socialize with occasionally from time to time, when it suits both.

I have no real house rules, except your to be chilled out be happy as much as possible, appreciate life and always try to have a smile on your face :).

I'm an open minded, easy going, chilled out person, also being a naturist :) Ideally looking for a home naturist or someone liking to try free living within there place of living.

I agree in sharing of all rooms within flat, and like to have the doors of the flat left open as and where possible.
New Kitchen includes fridge/ freezer, electric oven, gas hob and a new washing machine..

Looking for a person who enjoys sharing whether it be food, watching a film, or just a drink in a pub with a laugh & a joke.

You will often have the whole flat to yourself as I go away often, throughout the year so trust is the ultimate :).
