The space will be shared with a sociable and friendly tenant and occasionally his partner. This area is much sort after because of quiet neighbourhood and nice views.
I am looking for someone, preferably a professional, who will keep the room clean and be respectful to others. I am very laid back, hard working, and would like to let the spare room as it's not being used.
There is also a possibility of renting the other room, but without an suite for £650.
