Double Room in lovely Brunswick flat

Great location on Brunswick Place - sea view, 2 mins to the beach or St Ann's Well Gardens, 10-15 to Churchill Square, but a pretty nice quiet road.

Breakfast bar and window shelf/table all brand new and custom made for the space, sofas new as well. Couple of chairs go by the window but aren't pictured - its a lovely spit to sit and have a coffee and you can see the sea and all the way to the downs, in the direction the sun goes down :)

Some basic furniture in the spare room, bed and wardrobe, would be very happy for you to get in a desk, draws, whatever you wanted, there's space. Also fine to paint it + put frames up etc if you're going to be around for a bit.

I have a bearded dragon whos super easy going, if you're up for feeding him while I'm away that's great, but if not I can get a neighbour to come around. I've put no pets - would consider someone with the right pet, but it's a small flat, and my main concern is the space for their stuff - cat litter trays etc. They also obviously need to be compatible with Geordi (the dragon)

Sociable but probably not a party flat. I'm definitely keen on finding the right person to share with, so if you have a profile, or include some info about your interests / what you're like to live with that would go a long way to helping decide. Cheers!
