Double room available in splendid house

Hi, I am seeking a ray of sunshine to come and be a lodger in a house with my daughter (18) and I.

There are 2 lounges, a lovely back yard, a huge kitchen with all mod cons and 2 toilet/bathrooms.

We are just off Portland Road, a 12 minute walk to Hove station, a 2 minute walk to the numerous buses to Brighton and 5 minutes maximum to the sea.

The perfect person would be interesting, reliable, lovely, a good laugh, considerate and tidy. It's a friendly, warm environment, music is usually on and the kettle often.

Please pop a message on here with a lot of info about you and I promise to reply very quickly. Feel free to ask any questions. The very cheap rent is no reflection of the standard of the accommodation by the way, profiteering from property is uncool.

Ps The photos are from when I bought the house 4 years ago, it is a bit more lived in now.

More Ps. This would really suit someone without a load of stuff. There is storage space in the cellar but everything that's needed in the kitchen for eg is there. We try and make as many things as possible communal, tea, milk etc.

Yet more Ps. One of us is vegan and one is half vegan (for want of a term). That would probably help matters but it doesn’t matter really.
