Double bedroom available in a 2 bed flat in Hove

Double bedroom available in a split level flat in Hove. It is a large room with a king size bed, sofa and desk. Kitchen going out on to a small fire escape with table and chairs to sit outside. Bathroom does not have a proper shower, just a bath and shower head. No full living room but both bedrooms act as great living spaces, and there is a small utility room with an extra fridge freezer and shelving unit for storage. Great location, 10 minute walk to Churchill Square, 10 minute walk to George street Hove and the beach is at the bottom of the road. I have 2 cats, they are very affectionate so must like living with pets. I'm vegan and a children’s nursing student at Brighton, so will be spending time at both uni and hospitals on placement. I also work at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London so spend a little bit of time in London. The room will be available from end of December/the New year. I’m away from 17th-29th of December so any viewings will need to be before this. Only looking for female housemates.
