To rent the flat you will need one months’ rent as a deposit (which will be held in the official Deposit Protection Service scheme) and one months’ rent will be payable upfront.

Three month’s payslips will be required and a full credit check will be carried out.

An affordability check will also be in place with tenants needing to be earning at least £2,500 per month (£3,000 for couples) to be considered.


A non-refundable £200 deposit will be taken if you want to rent the property and while all checks are carried out. This will form part of your deposit if you pass all checks.
