Studious ecosensitive, arty, queer-friendly feminist writer (phd student & teacher) seeks similar quiet but sociable chilled person to share a spacious upper floor two bedroom flat in a tall regency building. I’m bilingual (Spanish-English) and trinational and happy to share with an international or similar culturally mixed person. The room has basic furniture and is very large, much more than a double, like a small studio room with high ceilings, big windows and lots of light (east facing over rooftops) with space for a large bed and living area plus a desk. Bathroom, kitchen and small back balcony shared with invited access to separate living room (current tenant has much smaller bedroom). The 650 rent includes water and wifi. Bills would be 1/3 of total gas and electricity used. The area has great access to the seafront and to public transport and shops on Western Road. No big partiers, smokers, drug users or pet owners please. Please write to arrange a meet up to see if we’re mutually compatible.
