Flat is on Boundary Road and is just 5 mins walk to both the sea and Portslade station. Tesco is 2 mins walk away and there are fantastic coffee shops as well as the Foghorn micro pub practically on your doorstep.
The room has a great IKEA wardrobe with multiple organisers (wish I'd put it in my room). Also there's a TV with a fire stick you can use.
The flat has an amazing garden, open plan living room / kitchen with bifold doors to the garden. It's lovely when open in the summer. Kitchen includes Nespresso machine and dishwasher.
Would suit a professional who commutes. I work as an Ops Director for a software company and do some freelancing on the side. I mostly work from home, so it would probably be best if you were more office based, but happy to discuss.
Hobbies are listed below. I generally go to the gym most days, love electronic music and scuba diving. I love beer, cocktails and great food.
You must love animals, but not want to bring any. I have 2 fantastic cats with great personalities. Bonus if you've lived with cats!
