Double room in lovely hove mews house

We have a lovely double room available in our hove mews house. The room is a decent size, south facing and comes part furnished (Double bed and dresser included +some other bits)

Bills are included in the price (May fluctuate in winter) this also covers household amenities like laundry detergent, cleaning products and some basic larder items. We take price in keeping the house clean and tidy and use a cleaning rota to make sure its kept on top of.

Situated in a charming cobbled mews in central hove, we are a short walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from hove station and lots of bus stops. We have a really great open plan living room/kitchen on the bottom floor that we take pride in making feel like a welcoming comfortable living space.

You will be sharing with 4 girls all working in hospitality, event production and the arts. We are a pretty wholesome household, we spend lots of time together but also really enjoy our own space and have respect for each others boundaries and make sure to keep an environment that allows us to be comfortable in communicating openly with each other. The balance and equilibrium is massively important to us as this home really is our sanctuary and nest. We are looking for a new addition to match our energy and love the house as much as we do!
