Room in flatshare in Central Hove

Me (Jack) and my housemate Toby (friend of 9+ years) are looking for somebody to fill the 3rd bedroom in our central Hove Flat. The property is on the 3rd floor of Dolphin Court, near the big Tesco, a stones throw from Hove seafront. Flat is newly carpeted throughout the property, everything else is done to a good standard.

Me and Toby are both full time retail workers and we have been happily living here for 3 years with a couple of different housemates who've moved in with partners now.

We’re very keen to stay here as we are settled and feel very at home. The flat is well maintained and we like keeping it nice and tidy.

We share most house bits (bread, milk, toilet roll etc.) But we do all have an individual cupboard for food storage, there’s also ample kitchen utensils along with plates, cutlery etc.

We cook a lot together and share washing up responsibilities. We like watching films, playing video games and generally hanging out in the communal space. We are looking for someone who’d be happy to continue this as we like this dynamic.

The room itself is a small double, it’s well insulated, north facing and has ample storage. The size of room is reflected in the rental amount as the overall rent is £1600; me and Toby will be contributing the remaining £1100.

As for bills, the heating and hot water is included in the rent as the block has a communal boiler, the remaining utilities will be approx. £100 per month each, I personally handle all bills and everything is already set up. We have great internet that works throughout the entire property.
