Plenty of public transport with Palmeira Square at the bottom of the road and Hove Station 12 mins walk away.
The room is furnished double bedroom private showroom in a modern apartment.
The building has roof terrace, parking (purchased with building manger) and visitors parking but there is also residence parking zone ‘N’ (no waiting list).
Shared areas: -
- Living room has dining table, desk, big TV, comfortable sofas and plants.
- Kitchen has plenty of appliances and utensils including double fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.
