We are 2 friendly professionals looking for a nice, easy going housemate to move in with us from 5th May.
We live in a basement flat which means no noise from the street, we have a shared lounge and kitchen and a little patio! 😀 We have a fur baby who so wouldn't be suitable for allergic people🐈
We like to hang out sometimes but also like time to ourselves. The house is nice and quiet in the week, and weekends we're both usually out and about or up for doing fun things! 😃
Rent is 575 per month and bills Inc council tax are around another 100 on top. You will need deposit and first month's rent as we are with a lettings agency.
The room itself is unfurnished but the housemate moving out is off travelling, so she's got some furniture to sell of if you're interested!
