Double room top floor in shared flat

I am looking for a flat mate for a double room in top floor three bedroom flat on a rolling contract basis.

The room is currently unfurnished aside from a double bed and mattress and the rest of the property is furnished with a full kitchen setup.

Looking for a friendly, tidy professional who is happy to share a space with another.

This will have to be on a rolling contract basis - We have intention to sell within the year but with an unknown date as yet. However I will keep you informed of the process and one month notice will be given before any final date is agreed
