The flat is situated in a perfect location: a walking distance from the beach and the Lanes. St Anne's Wells, Hove and Preston parks are close too. 7 Dials area has its own village vibe, hipster cafes and a few bakeries - all of that not even 5min away. Brighton, Hove and Preston Park train stations are easily reachable on foot, if you commute.

The flat benefits from a very large lounge area that can be divided up into a working space, a zone to relax and a place to dine. It has a separate kitchen, a bedroom that fits a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers (or just a very large wardrobe depending on one's preferences), and a double shower. In total, the flat is 50sq. meters and there is plenty of storage space in the eves.

The flat was redecorated throughout a few years ago (new carpets, repainted etc), has a new boiler, and double glazing windows. It was a very much loved first home but due to a change in personal circumstances I am having to let it out privately. I am therefore looking for somebody who cares about their home and look after their space. It's a second floor flat on a quiet road and a very friendly neighbourhood feel.
