I am looking for a temporary lodger/flatmate to share my two double bedroom flat (Tax band B) in a tranquil area near Palmeira Square, initially for 3 months but potentially extendable until November 2024.

The room available is a bright, good-sized double bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a clothes rack, a bedside table with drawers, and space for a desk. You won't need to bring anything but your clothes and books.

I work from home full-time Monday to Wednesday, using the living room during my 9 to 5. For that reason, I am looking for someone who works full-time out of the house at least for those days, because I work in the living room. So the living room access will be limited during that time.

A reasonably sized kitchen is fully equipped with direct access to a beautiful communal garden. I will happily share all the kitchenware with you, so you don't need to bring anything.

There is also a good-sized bathroom with a shower on top of a bath.

The flat is 15-20 mins walk from Brighton or Hove train station, s and 7 mins from the seafront. The area has very cosy independent cafes and pubs.

A bit about me: I work as a counsellor and identify as quiet, tidy, and organized. I am very independent and respectful of others, but also friendly and pleasant. I try to be healthy and look after myself, regularly going to the gym and cooking from scratch.

Bills are not included but will be around £100 per month on top of the rent.
