I'm looking for a clean, tidy, respectful person who are employed or studying.

Rent is £ 700 (all bills included). The rent is per month.

One month deposit required.

If you decide to move out, please give at least 2 weeks notice.
No guests staying overnight (there are plenty of local hotels) to avoid extra noise and inconvenience. I like my home to be a harmonious, peaceful, and quiet environment, so no parties or late night/early morning disturbances.
No pets. No family, No Smokers . Please reply a bit about yourself and the work situation. Thanks.
