What to expect:
• This is a LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent friendly space, If you aren’t on the team this IS NOT the place for you. The property has several stairs up to the 4th floor (apx30) and has no lift so may not be suitable for those with accessibility needs.
• Fortnighly cleaner for deep cleans. So no arguments over cleaning duties, EVER! Just keep it tidy in between.
Unfurnished room but the rest of the house is fully furnished.
• Reasonable and respectful enjoyment of the space. Just check in with each other. Not the kind of house where you need to ask permission to have friends around!
-There will only be 2 of us renting here. Mostly, I will be at work until late , a lot, so you will get time for personal space and a bath.

-Furnished, massive sunfilled lounge with enough space to workout/do yoga/enjoy the sea views with friends or enjoy a night in at the movies the 2.4m wide home projector screen!

‘The room is stunning with loads of natural light. The boiler cupboard is in the room, but there is very rarely noise from there. It's the warmest room in the flat too, so winters aren't an issue and summer is the perfect time to fling the window open, with loads of natural sea breeze to enjoy. There's no street noise or noise from neighbours. The room has plenty of space to fit a double bed and other essentials, and the rest of the flat is incredibly spacious including a loft space and bath. The view of the sea from the lounge and kitchen are absolutely stunning and a delight to come home to!’
