💲The monthly rent pp is £591.70 with roughly an additional £135 bills and council tax which can vary. The deposit is £711 (the add won't let me add that amount in).
📍We live in Hove, less than 5 mins walk from the big Tesco and the beach! The flat is up two small flights of stairs and the building does not have a lift. It's a reasonably quiet street, we don't have any pets (although I love dogs), and no garden.
