Double room in Hove very close to the sea.
The room is not exactly en-suite but it has it is own dedicated toilet right across the hallway.

We are a couple looking for a 3rd house mate or couple.
We are both professionals, we enjoy hiking, running, climbing and cinema. We are social but also happy to keep to ourselves if you prefer that.

The house has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small living room.
We could also potentialy use/convert the living to a study.
There is lots of storage space. You could also buy the desk and/or the wardrobe from the previous tenant.

If you are a couple then we would split the rent 4 ways which would be £487.5 per motnh per person.

Note: Our agency requires that each tenant prove an income of 21k, or have a UK guarantor or some savings.

Bills come up to about £110 a month per person which includes council tax, energy and broadband.
