Lovely double room in Hove Mews

We have a lovely double room available in our flat, just off Western Road in Brunswick Town area (3 min walk to the seafront, with a cosy pub and juice bar across the way). You’ll be living with me (Lauren) and Hannah!

The flat, and the room itself is bright and airy with wooden floors and white walls. We keep it clean and tidy and are looking for someone to do the same.

We are two females in our late 20s (1 month to go) and early 30’s working Monday to Friday.

We’re a sociable household and hang out together during the week but also enjoy our own space and have our own friendship groups. We do enjoy being out and about, going out for dinner/drinks/coffee and going to the beach, but we equally enjoy a cosy night in with the candles lit! So we’re not really a party household and are looking for someone similar.

We do also have a little furry friend who comes to stay now and again - Alfie the cockapoo!

Side note: Our landlord ideally prioritises tenants who don't work from home as he runs a film/photography studio directly beneath the flat. Consequently, there are occasional daytime sound restrictions in place to ensure minimal disruption to the studio.
