The room has become available as unfortunately we’re losing our long term lodger to new ventures in London.
Our flat is a top floor flat (no noisy neighbours) this room is spacious, plenty of natural light, it comes with a double bed, mattress, storage, a wardrobe & large full length mirror.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, loves Hove as much as us, likes their own space similar to us, but also is open for a drink at the pub, trip to the beach etc as we are also social and not total hermits!
About us, we are ages 26 & 27 and both in full time professional roles. We work both remotely and in our offices in Brighton & Hove. Both very sporty so like to play tennis, paddle boarding, swimming, rugby, volleyball, cycle, park runs etc!
The flat is across 3 floors with a shared kitchen lounge and bathroom. 😊
