Two bloody lovely flatmates are sadly losing their other bloody lovely flatmate to London (cry) but the good news is that they are now searching for another bloody lovely flatmate to join the trio in a wonderul flat on Boundary Road in West Hove.

The flat is a ground floor flat within walking distance to all amenities including Tescos, Boots, Aldi, a gym and Portslade train station.

The room is a lovely double with a modern en suite with double doors that open on to a small courtyard. There is plenty of storage including 2 chests of drawers, a wardrobe and four drawers underneath the bed.

The bed has a new mattress less than a year old that is delightful for resting weary legs.

The living area is open plan and full of daylight from a huge skylight and double doors that open on to the courtyard. We have a modern smart TV complete with the apps and live cable TV. There is also a dining area with a 4 seater table and chairs, perfect for entertaining friends and eating together should the mood take you. The kitchen is clean and spacious with excellent fridge/freezer and a washing machine, electric hob and oven.

A little about us; We are looking for a flatmate that is clean and tidy and who will coexist with us (Joe and Jeremy). Joe (30) works for an energy company and does music in his spare time and Jeremy (33) works is an actor and performer and works in hospitality.

We are a queer friendly household and would welcome someone who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

We preferably would love someone to live here longer term but are open to shorter term lets.
