Room with Sea View Near Palmeira Square

Hi :-)

I'm looking for a new roommate until preferably January 2025. The flat is peaceful and quiet in a gorgeous Victorian building. You can walk to the seafront in 2 minutes from where it's located!

It's a 2nd floor flat within walking distance to all amenities including Palmeira Square, Tesco, Sainsburys and multiple bus stops.

The living area is open plan and full of daylight from huge windows that open on to the stunning hove lawns. The kitchen is clean and spacious with a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, hob and oven. (All brand new from a few months ago!)

A little about me: I am looking for a flatmate that is clean and tidy and more on the introverted side. I'm not a party animal and the building has a few elderly residents so I'm looking for someone who will be considerate and who likes a quiet night in as well :-)

I also work from home so its important that I find someone who is in the office from 9-5.

The move in date can be negotiated but looking for someone before the 14th of June ideally.

I would also be open to living with a non-binary person, a trans person or a member of the LGBTQ+ community who identifies as male.
