Hello! I’m looking to migrate to the south and am looking for someone who will love and care for my cozy, west-facing, furnished studio flat while I’m gone. This isn’t just a rental—it’s my personal home, and I hope to find someone who will treat it with the same care I do.

The studio features a charming mezzanine sleeping area and a fully equipped, separate kitchen. It’s perfectly located on Brunswick Square, with a beautiful park right outside your door, and only a 2-minute stroll to the beach and Hove Lawns. You’ll also be just off Western Road, with plenty of local shops (including Tesco Express & Sainsbury’s), cafes, and restaurants nearby. The Brunswick Place bus stop is around the corner, although central Brighton is only 10 minutes away on foot.

I’m looking for someone who will truly consider the flat their temporary home, and take good care of the space.
